Orange Mantra (Sohna Road, Gurgaon) — Mentally torture the employees (cheat and fake company)

Never Join this Company If you have 2+ years of experience", Even you have to pay for cab and dinner. Company is struggling from CRISIS, NO PROJECTS. You can be hired for the short time. Most photo of employee culture posted on ORNAGE MANTRA ( DUKAN ) website are very OLD and Fake.

There are lots of cons which I cannot describe in words.

1) they can fire you any time without any notice period.

2) HR will always manipulate you every time you discuss your problem with them.

3) TL or PM or no one will help you in project. If you are not able to handle the project, you will be fired.

4) Employees are treated as servant. even you have less values then a Guard.

5) Alternate sat is off and very less leave. They provide only six paid leaves in a year.

6) Very much tax deduction as compare to other companies.

7) Still they are using some CRT with blurring interface.

8) TL and PM always tries to make fool to his client.

9) Very much work pressure. You will have to stay whole night several times.

10) Very small projects exists in this company. you can be moved from one project to another in a month even.

11) They will not ask you before changing your technology. You will be moved from one to other technology without any prior training or notice

Orange Mantra has been operational since the year 2001 and with 70+ happy employees, has successfully accomplished many small and big projects, both.The company provides 15 paid leaves, not six. And like any competitive company at times can require employees to be working past the office timings. But this happens only occasionally when a client needs his work to be done within a short period of time. And thus, the commitment of employees and their impressive teamwork has let the company accomplish projects of well-known brands in a short time.

I am working in this company for more than a year. The management values candidate's effort, enthusiasm, and learning curve more than the experience. It provides equal chance for all to shine. We get a lots of exposure by handling crucial projects which is always a call to learn and manage higher responsibilities. The management is always near to hear you. I find this firm as an opportunity to accept responsibilities and grow.
