I have had ongoing problems with the Solectric system I bought
My Orb Energy complaint number is 28029 registered 1/12/2016
They sent a technician who informed only the battery was a problem
At that time the batteries are less than 2 years old and still covered for replacement under warranty
Since then I have not been able to get this company to replace the batteries
Consequently we have very little solar power and have to keep it switched over to mains power.
On their website you can leave a message on after sales service, but it never gets sent just goes round and round without sending
I have written emails to them but they do not answer my emails
I was wanting to also upgrade my system but have no confidence to do so now with Orb Energy Was this information helpful? |
