On 22nd June I was traveling from batala to Jalandhar in orbit volvo number PB03AZ8187 driver name Lokesh Singh or something like that... I reached 15min earlier and requested driver to let us in as I had little child and it was damn hot he was not feeling well... But that driver was so stubborn he literally started howling and screaming saying I will not let anyone in no matter what I don't care who is unwell do whatever you want to do no one can touch me or do anything about me... Is this acceptable??? Is this the kind of driver orbit bus hires... No humanity no shame no decency of talking to people... He's so dangerous with the way he was giving dhamki and all... Take strict action against him he needs to be fired immediately... Because he's absolutely ruthless and unprofessional this is not what we expect from orbit bus period...
