I ordered a product on 11th Jan 2023 and Order #4518 and it is been 4 weeks that I have not received any information on the order as to when I will I get the order they have failed to inform me as I have waited long so I want my order to be cancelled today and I want my refund soon Was this information helpful? I need the customer to cancel this Order #4518 really fast and refund the money as it is been 4 weeks and I did not get update on this order as it still showing awaiting fulfillment as this is ridiculous as it does not happen in another online shopping.
