Order Cake Oyc — Receiving less Quantity and take excess amount

I placed order for 500gm Ghawer and paid Rs 938/- order nono78280...
Received only 250 gm of Ghawer which cost 278.38...
They are not taking my calls neither reply my whatsapp ...
Now vendor call me trying to prove product weight 500gm... Saying bring your product at shop or else you complain ... They don't care...
Moreover I took all pics send to them

I feel I am chitted moreover if you touch it very soggy...

Plese resolve and refund my money
