I had place order for an amount of 1200 rs through organic india online
and i had choose. Cod as an option for myself.However without my knowledge my details were shared to simpl pay some prepaid online option and since than the simpl pay people are contacting me from past 1 month and i wrote a number of mails to organic india however not a single mail for a reply except computer generated replies
I had also requested organic india to take their products back and return whatever money they had taken from simpl pay however they are nor responding rather they are forcing me not only to keep their products but also to make payment to simpl pay including the additional penalty charge which is forced on me by simpl pay .
I'm asled to pay 1400.rs insted of 1200 rs which was my orginal bill amount.
Please take strict action against organic india as they are cheating customers by sharing their details without our knowledge.
Also they seem to have tie up.with simpl pay that us why they are directing cod customers to simpl pay themselves.
My organic india order number is 15056 and i had written multiple mails to them but they never reply or call back.
I had conversation with some team member asthitav working in organic india aand he promised that simpl pay people would never contact me but he lied and later said sorry after i again faced trouble.
Pls take sincere action against organic india and asthitav so that neither they are able to cheat anyone in future also put very serious penalty on them which affects them .
I'm still retaining thr products of organic india and willing to return them in orignal condition provided they clear all dues of simpl.pay which they took on my behalf without my knowledge and that i should not recieve any communication through 3rd part whom i don't know.
Right now my personal life is totally affected and i m facing immense mental and physical stress.
Organic india alone along with simpl pay and people like asthitav have to been seriously held accountable for the same.
Pls take extreme action on grounds of breach of privacy, mental and physical harrasment.
