I have ordered a herbal product with a delivery date as 3rd dec 2023, but not delivered yet till 7th Dec 2023. Order no #63489, but status updated as Completed in their portal. But in tracking portal it showing as cancelled. Customer care Phone number - out of service, as they blocked our number. no response to mail, support ticket, any inquiries. Lost both the money and product. This is a scam.

Immediate after raised the complaint in this portal, I got call from them and within a day I received the item. Very thanks to this portal.
