I got call from a person, named amit gautam. He give me demo of work and tell me that i have to do a work of form filling. I have to fill 700 forms in 7 day. I send them a ID proof and email address. Then they send me contract which I have to sign. I sign the contract & Start working. I complete the work & submit it in 4 days. Then they send me a QC report & told me that Your QC is failed. I saw the QC report in which they marked correct entries wrong. I send them the screenshots of my entries & tell them to recheck my work. They said that QC report is generated by server & we can't do anything in that case. They told me that if you want to make correction in your work, you have to pay 5700/- (refundable with salary), which I deny. Then after 3-4 days, I got mail from a advocate that company fill the case against me. Mail said that If I din't pay the penalty amount of 4700/- immediately, company will fill the case on me & I can be jailed for breaking there thrust. I tell them that I will fill the penalty but I want no further obligation from company. They send me a account detail & I paid the penalty of 4700/-. Next day I call helpline department to tell that I paid penalty yesterday, What I have to do now ? They told me that please contact to person, to whom you paid the money. Then that person call me & tell me that your penalty is paid. Now you had broken the company trust, you have two choice. If you want to continue the work, you have to pay security deposit of 4 month (4700 x 4 = 18800/-) & If you want to terminate the work, you have to pay penalty of 11 month (4700 x 11 = 51700/-). After paying the penalty you will get NOC from court. I decline to pay any amount. Then I verify the account details in which I paid penalty of 4700/-, so bank told me that its not any company account, Its personal account of a person. Due to privacy, they din't tell me he name of account holder. Now I don't know what to do ? Please help me.
