Origin Corp — Refund Not Processed 51,000 Token Amount Paid to Origin Corp (Westcenter Project)

I, Vishal Sail, paid a token amount of ₹51, 000 on January 24, 2025, to Origin Corp Builders for a 1BHK flat at their Westcenter Project, Kandivali West. On January 25, 2025, I submitted a formal cancellation request in person along with a cancelled cheque.
Despite repeated follow-ups with Mr. Nitesh Shetty and Mr. Kabiraj Thapa (who have now resigned), and more recently with Ms. Zaira Shaikh (CRM), the refund has not been processed. I even visited their office again on July 5, 2025. Each time, I’ve been given vague responses with no action.
This delay is unjustified and reflects poor consumer service and a complete lack of accountability. I am requesting that the builder be directed to process my refund immediately.
