I recently contacted few employees, it appears that they don't have much insite on the issue. All have raised complaints all company accounts are freezed total payout of 12 crore should be settled to the client. Representative from exchange have visited the commissioner place and case has moved to CB-CID. It appears that security deposit is still available and frozen by exchange and all IOC funds are available in the exchange.
No news about johnson whereabouts, however kindly raise case with scores. In order to make sure your investments are safe and can be acquired back from SEBI, here is the link below.

My complaint was registered in mcx and i got complaint number too. they gave me questionare to be answered and i have done that and courired them every detail they asked. i have to wait and see what will happen now and what action they are going to take. people who are trading in commodities complain in mcx. they are investigating the case. don;t sit idle and think everything will happen on it's own. orion will not return our amount.

Yes, We need to register formal complaint with MCX India. Send an email to grievance
@mcxindia.com. They will send back list of documents required to proceed with the complaint. You need to print, fill complete details and send them via mail(not email) to MCX India mumbai address. I don't know how much refund we might get, but we should lodge formal complaint from our end.

Orion Broking is a big cheater. I have opened ac with them just one week before this happened. Mr Senthil RM of orion Broking opened my account. He is a big cheater. He is not receiving calls and neither there office. This person knowingly has opened my account with initial payin of Rs 20000.when asked for payout he was telling company auditing is going on. I'm going to file a complaint on him and his company. Please don't ever open new accounts in cheap brokerage offering company. Cheap brokerage will result in this type of frauds . We all should go against them and get back our hard earned money...

They say NSE squared off our position. Did they square off all position or only debit accounts? I was in debit. I used 3 time limit in delivery in cash. What about the shares in demat account?
When will NSE and Sebi open their mouth? what they will tell? Can we write letters through RTI act?

No senior person in Orion is taking the call. We don't know what to do.sub brokers lie from their . To avoid misunderstanding they tell our funds will get refunded. Actual fact no one knows anything.
