Orion motors, bangalore — Petrol was leaking after i changed engine oil

I went to Orion Motors service center to change the engine oil for my bike today. I took my bike and rode for few meters and noticed that Petrol was leaking heavily. I suspect that they are trying to steal petrol from service vehicles. They just had to change the engine oil and why do they have to open petrol tube?? My Job Card no. 98195.

Also in the bill, they have two sections one for labor and the other for parts. In labor section they have mentioned that Consumables and charged 60.00. I don't know who consumed what and it doesn't make any sense.
