I was searching for a part time job on quiker and i found a work from home job link so i applied for the same. Next day i received a call from this company by a female executive and she told me that i have been sort listed from many applicants for this job. And in this i have to fill 10, 000 captcha in 10 days and i will get ₹5/captcha i. E ₹ 50, 000/- for the work so i accepted the job and then she told me that i will receive an email and after that a confirmation call will come and i have to say yes to all questions. So i did the same and then i received an email which had the contract and the acceptance letter and then the call came and i did the same and then the female executive calls again to tell that i will get my work around 6pm on that date i. E 30th novemberber. Inspite of the getting time at 6 pm it came to me at 10 pm. Later i came to know that it was a fraud company. I want to withdraw my contract with them but for 2 days their helpline number was switched off. Still i have continued my work for 2 days. After 2 days when i want to cancel my contract again, the revert came that they will terminate my contract but i had to pay a cancellation fees of ₹ 5500/- for the same but i refused as the mistake was for their side.
I have searched the website of this company but i didn't found any website. Then i searched about it i found many complaints regarding the same online job fraud so i came to know that i had become the victim now and stop working. Now today at the date 13/12/2019 they charged me a legal notice as i refused to give them the asked money and asked me to give 5000+3000
Extra as penalty. I have literally threatened by the advocate on whatsapp. Please help me out of this problem if any body can. Suggest me any way to break out from this trap. Please. Here are all of the screen shots of the documents provided by them.
