Orris — Inconvenience caused due to shifting house from ORRIS

Hello,

This is regarding the inconvenience caused due to shifting house from ORRIS.

We stay in Flat - 701, tower - B2. The landlord of flat is Mr. Rajneesh kumar, we have informed him 1 month before shifting, that we will vacant ORRIS society in month of november. We have paid 2 months rent and 2 months maintenance to Rajneesh in advance. Now he is out of India, because of this we are facing problem.

We have informed him as a notice period, 1 month before shifting and he has accepted that we need not to pay him anything extra, as security amount would be adjusted in the rent and maintenance. From our side everythiing is paid and cleared to the landlord as you can see in our rent agreement, submitted to ORRIS.

The rent and maintenance is to be paid to the owner and not to the ORRIS but we have verbal communication with Owner, in which he had told Us to pay maintenance direct to ORRIS ( this you can check with ORRIS accountant Mr. Pushkar) we were supposed to shift from ORRIS on sunday, but there is no one available for house-check from owner side, he has been delaying us since two days.

My wife is 8 1/2 -months pregnant . I have paid advance 1 month rent and security to the new landlord, where I will be shifting. The new landlord is asking for pending amount which I need to pay him. I am stuck in-between.

Now the landlord is asking me to arrange tenant for his house and when the new tenant will pay the amount to Mr. Rajneesh, he will clear the maintenance to ORRIS and then I can shift. It is not my responsibility to arrange a tenant for him.

He is threatning me that you cannot stay in ORRIS and you cannot shift your belongings from ORRIS. How will I manage, without my belongings to new place. ?

Please help me find a solution as soon as possible otherwise I will be taking legal action and will be forwarding this mail to DCP office and to MEDIA.

From past three days we are staying in ORRIS without light.
