Osepaygov — Transaction failed at payment gateway

I was making a contribution of 20295 to e-NPS account (National Pension System) through payment gateway today (10 February 2022) but the transaction failed before taking me to NPS confirmation page. Amount has been debited from my Kotak Bank account.
I have not received PRAN
