On 20th January 2024 I had a formal talk with Mr Manab Kumar Ghosh AGM Sales and Mr San joy Modal regarding apply of car loan through your car finance and an amount of Rs10000.00 through UPI attested below they received as token assuring that it is returnable till I go for booking of a car from OSL Marvel Arch bldg AJC Bose Road. The loan terms was not affordable to me and I had not agreed upon any sale deal and no test drive but I am not receiving the money I paid without any receipt from Mr Sanjoy Mondal.
Please look into the matter please. I am Cancer survivor not able to run from pillar to post for my rufund. Please help me.
