I, am a 70 years old Senior Citizen, gave some Ad for selling old currencies in Olx.com.Next day a person called me and sent what's app messages for purchase of the notes.He said he is calling from Oswal Antics(Old Coin) Pvt.Ltd.For which I have to register with them paying Rs 1550/-.I did it but got no paper for it.They said the money will be transferred to my account within 30 minutes after registration.But they continued to ask for money for Conversion of Account, Verification Charge, W.B.Givt.Tax, GST, TDS, NOC, Income tax.Everytime they said this is the last payment but continued to ask for money giving reasons one after other.After payment of more than Sixteen lacs to various persons's account as advised by them, I surrendered and said their Manager to cancel the process and refund my money.He said he has cancelled the process but the amount will be refunded after three months and later on my request he said it will be refunded by 85 days.
I asked for their office address to meet with them but they are giving me various address at different time.In paper it is written Kalighat Street n Bankshall Street crossing, Near GPO Parking Area, Kolkata 700001 but sometime they said 1, Esplanade, Dharmatala, Kolkata- 17 and others.
I have only the mobile no.of that Manager & one staff.He sent me his Aadhar & Pan card copy but I don't know whom it is.
In this position, what should I do?
Can you please provide me their correct official address? Should I file police complaint?Or should I wait for three months for refund of my money?
Please suggest.
I am very much worried about the matter.
