I have been cheated by this company namely Otex Technology. I was contacted for part time work (data-entry). Initially the management of this company contacted me over a telephone call (which source is difficult to decipher) and later on by making use of their PR skills and sugar-coated words, they showed me a fanciful path of earning money by sitting at home and even assured me that I can earn in Rs. 18, 000/- per month by just typing/editing/formatting the documents that they send to us through email.

Initially I was asked to remit a sum of Rs. 3, 500/- which was promised that the same will be refundable at the time of receiving the first salary/income. But later on, they showed me their true color by not making any payment as promised and now they are not even responding to my phone calls and emails.

When I checked in the website, I was put into knowledge that this company was established only to play a fraud on innocent people like me who are in search of monies for survival.

Since I am an aggrieved party as well as a victim to the company management's systematic persecution, I have gathered all the details of the company's team members, work/office address, details of the owners/management.This company is having various branches at Delhi (not sure whether they have any office outside Delhi NCR), which itself proves the factum and quantum of their FRAUD/CHEATING motive/intent. I am totally surprised to state that the owner of this company Mr. Mrityunjay Kumar has other businesses in the same nature with different name (which makes him a professional fraudster/scamster).

I am stating my grievance on this portal since I am not in a position to find a better solution. In this regard, whoever is interested to render help/assistance, they are most humbly welcomed. Below are the details of the said FRAUD company:

I am working in Dubai now and I got an email from DIGITECH COMPANY and contacted me a lady named as Manali sharma (Her Mob: 0091-[protected]) to participate a data entry job which are providing by them and she asked advance fee 3850/- Rs and transferred that amount to account number holding HDFC BANK and holder is OTEX TECHNOLOGY. And after transfer the payment, she are not attending my call and not replying to my email aslo. Finally, I understood that was a cheat.

Sir, Please file a case against her and that company too... They are continuing the cheating still now.

Hello, I wanted to highlight the issue regarding data typing job. I had received an email by Ms Rashmi Sharma regarding the data typing job n also constant calls everyday asking if I am registering. Finally I asked her the details n everything n paid the registration amount of 3850 Which she said will be refunded after one month. But it took one day to send me the work details. N once I started doing I had some doubts regarding the typing mistakes n wen I called the concerned work provider no one ever responded to calls or emails. Rashmi Sharma I called n she told me to contact the work provider but still no response. Finally I sent them both two pages of my work n asked them to check n let me know if it's correct. Rashmi Sharma answered saying it's correct keep doing. N once I finished the work after 15days n submitted. I got a mail saying the entire work is wrong n hence u won't be getting any money or any further work. Wen I called Rashmi Sharma she said I'll speak to them n get back . But after tat neither she is responding to my calls or emails. If I call from other number she picked n immediately disconnected after knowing it's me. How can u ppl be so irresponsible? Wen u wanted me to join I got thousand calls. Now at least wen I am asking my advance back. This is the response I get. Plz take action as soon as possible. I might even consider taking this issue to higher level if action is not taken or my deposit is not returned.

I got the call from otex technology Delhi a week ago, after which I was sent mail and asked to pay 3850 rupees in which 3000 is refundable and 850 is documentation fee.
Ms. Manali the person who called me I made a payment and sent screenshot to the person until I make payment I got calls back to back and from Ms. Himani ...right after half an hour of paying got call which is last response and said to give some time for mailing of agreement.
I have called and been calling both of them hundred times there is no response at all.
Am a student I wanted a work from home based job, I payed 3850 from my annual scholarship and I was cheated.

Pk technology / otex / digital technology / mr. Mritunjay kumar is a fraud company.
The girl named, shikha calls up for data typing job and follows up till you pay them the registration fees of 3850/-

They gave a job of typing a sql server file and we sincerely typed 302 pages and submitted in 13 days which is within their 15 day time limit.

Then they sent email rejecting our file and came out with a reason that formatting is not proper. We asked them to guide us so we can correct the same in 1-2 days and give back. We emailed them and called them many times but they did not respond at all. Their intention is not to make payment at all.

Please ignore these companies as they are complete fraud and just interested in taking your money

Dear friends, otex is fraud company. i availed membership of 3850/- soon after submitting the work, their helpline no. is switched off and temporary out of service. please do not put any amount in this. they are not genuine.
They will do thousand follow ups for enrollment but vanish later. they are fraud and fraud... please ado not come into trouble like me. i am daily trying their no. one meenu in their office is third class lady..

first they will talk very sweetly with u and said they will return ur money in just 2 days we r students we need money for study but they r just playing with us hate this kavya they call me on 23 august 2016 and said to sumbit 3850 on their account and they said the 3500 money will be refunded in 2 days and than after 2 days i call kavya the dealer of company who had called me she didn't pick my call and after some tym she picked my call and she said plz wait for sometime i will call u later and than she didnt call me and next i call her she didnt pick my call and she block my number and than i try it with my frnd phone and she just blocked the number

1) commitment to me. She told me send refund your security deposited rs. 3, 850/- in your 1st payment but help line executive is not agreeing with this word. She is not given to in written any word?

2) you gave next job within 10day but our side we submitted job on 11th aug.2016? But next job not received as on date?

3) no payment received upto till date? Along with dated 11th aug.2016.?

4) before agreement from your side no one terms and conditions are explain me about that when i pay all money then you send agreement copy and i have no idea, so are you do fraud with us???

5) if your side no explanation received up to dt. 22.08.2016 i will send this matter to my advocate.

Give me explanation each and every word which are committed to miss twinkle sharma from your side she is responsible for all she’s id is first put the ref. Emp. Code:-an 755 and she is mobile is always switch off the number is [protected]


All above points are clear about you we are not do business with fair.

I have taken a typing project from otex technology. I had received a mail from otex executive (Ms. Rshmi). I have purchased silver kit on inr3850. And i was assured to get inr60 per page for all the pages i will type.
Now there are making an issue on payment related to rate per number of pages.
I have typed 20 pages for now they are showing some agreement which shows different rate based on number of pages (I. E. 0 to 20 or 20 to 40 or 40 to 60 and so on). But such type of condition was not told before purchasing & paid software charges,

How can i get my money back. Please help.

This company is fraud.. they dint refund my money.. BEC of them m going through alot.. i hardly collected those money.. and now they aren't refunding.. please someone do somethib against this fraud company.. i cant take it.. i need a support.. pls. Initially they spoke in a confident way that they will surely refund.. but now when i say them to refund they speak in high tone. These r the numbers of those ladies .. [protected].. [protected].. please anybdy try to make everyons money refund.. this s so disgusting and ashame for me.. my dad isn't talking to me from so many days.. with great earned money people believe and they turn to be fraud ? No. This is not the way.

I got a call from Sajana who is working in OTEX technology..She told that OTEX comapny offers data entry jobs and the registration fees is 3850 rupees and it is refundable. I paid the amount and completed my first project. I did not get my payment for the first project which i completed and my refundable amount is also not received. I lost my money. They cheated us and "PLEASE DON'T JOIN IN OTEX TECHNOLOGY" by paying registration fees. I...

They send me a message on my mobile and told me to send my e-mail add., I have paid 3900/- for the software of data typing. I also completed the work but the payment is not pay to me until today about 1 months ago. Now, the phone number is also switch off of the company. Please help me to refund my amount. There is agent name Ankita she call for the work. But now she doesn't pick up my phone.

My self Asim Mandal. Today 15th June 2016 I got a sms for part time job from Alisha. Her contact number is +91-[protected]. When I called she replied that it's a data entry job at home. She told me that I should provide her my email id that she can send me job details. When I provide it an email came to me & I saw some conditions mentioned there for earning money. But when I search it in Google I came to know that it is fake. So I want that kindly take some action against her. That's why I provided her contact number. Also her emp code is SP432 which was provided by her in the sms.

I got a mail from Otex technology regarding home based jobs and I applied for the same. They asked me to pay 3500 as security deposit which would be refundable and registration fees of rs 350. I paid them and they provided me the software with the project.The project was for 10 days bt it got elapsed on the 9th day itself.I complained about the same to the company on which they said that there must be some software issue and they will pay for the work which I have done in 9 days. It's been 1 month now and they are not making my payment of the work which I have done neither they have refunded my security deposit.

Otex technology, by email on 7th april 2016 at 17:56 has provided a software through a link https://drive.Google.com/open?Id=0byrhmjlk0mwcnwe1ytdhohjyteu with helpline no. +91 [protected] for typing by taking a security deposit of rs.3500/-
But i was unable to do this job. As the job description was not matching after receiving the software with the prior commitment at the time of registration.
Their job description was as under:
"we are providing you home based typing work. We have different projects of different company. No internet required. Download the software on your pc, do simple typing & submit the project work in time limit."
So i understood it is very easy, as i thought i shall do it both at home and office through copying by pen drive in ms word and finally, after completing and thorough checking it will be submitted within time limit.
But now i feel it is not so easy and faced following problems :
1) it is an internet based software, which i am not competent and also i told that i have no internet facility in my home pc.
2) i am competent in ms word not in your software entrybookproj-w7-200-1, there is no spelling checking facility, so chances of huge mistakes are there for speed typing (20 pg/day for 200 pg in 10 days).
3) there is no scope of simple typing in my pc in ms word and then shift to the place of your software through copy/paste method.
4) for above reason, i could not type a single word on last saturday (09.04.16) & whole day of sunday (10.04.16). So i was compelled to sitting idle two days and i thought it was not possible for me to type 20 pages/day.
I, therefore requested them to refund my security charges of rs.3500/-, which was written as refundable, as i could not do the job for the reasons as stated above.

They company called otex approched me from there named sanjana contact no- [protected] and asked me to deposit rs. 3850 for getting the software and also for the work to be started i received the software but now i am unable to process the work as there i some problem in the system and also now i am approching her than she is not receiving my call and not giving any response.

And again thru dipti call/ teamviewer on 26.03.16 then had copied my data from my computer saying there was a server error and they cannot open the files

They mailed me a software on which I had to do a typing work. The work is not matched with their demo file & mail details and what they said to me on the phone. Their phone numbers I have.
