My parcel is inbomc since october 10th 2017.

The parcel was sent from canada on september 30, 2017 thorough canada post air parcel. Its been 22 days in incomc customs. Could you please release as soon as possible as it is a birthday present? Here is the tracking number - cc[protected]ca. I have attached the tracking information.
