[Resolved]  Eriango Group — Hiring and firing with out reason

dear job seekers, eriango has lot of vacancies for their Angola operations. Please take care this company has not any standards and ethics. The owner of the co is moody and uneducated person from Africa, majority of the staffs belongs to his country, very difficult to handle them. They have one CEO from iraq (totally mad person). They just hire people and send them to angola with lots of offers, once the person reached in angola they denied to process their visa then the employee has to work without visa and proper accommodation. and also they just terminates the staffs with in a month with out proper reason. They terminated many qualified indians like that, who already have gud job. so please beware this company and resign from you existing company unless and until you dont have any other options. reference will provide on demand and request.

hi mr aandrek...i was there in agola with this co .. they don't have any strategy and planing the co is totally messed up...if you don't have any option then u can join there but only for 2-3 months and ask them to provide visa before you are going there. please don't resign from your current company .. i did mistake i resigned from previous co now i cant go there also ...

guys exactly right whatever declared here, i know 2-3 peoples lost their job with out any reason from this company. This company and the managements are they don't have any ethics or any emotion. Now a days they are started new projects (its only in paper) for that they are started recruitment from India and other places through their Dubai office, dear job seekers they are giving lot of falls offers so take care this company . And they are doing business in different names like anseba, africa future, dhalak and sunshine beware of this all comp and this all under one management. Plzz guys dont resign from your current company for this and company

I personally met the CEO of the company Mr. Salam Al Saraf. He seemed to me very ambitious guy. We are about to sign a contract for their new investment in Angola as their line producer.
There is always 2 side of a story. I would suggest you investigate and interview them directly

The company is not professional entity and lack qualified and educated management.If you get an offer to work for the company, i would suggest you to drop it.Some people are so desperate to get a job but even for them this is suicidal.Angola the business is good but they employees indians and other national by paying them peanuts.There will be no Visa provided and will have to work on visit visa so they will get stuck in the country .The company enjoys good relation with corrupt angola govt officials and manages to avoid penalties and legal actions.

They will call for offer from dubai and sent to angola.they have office in twin tower deira

Dear concern,

We noticed that some complaints has been posted on your forum against our group of companies ( ERIANGO).We request you to remove the same which is posted against us. It is a company of 1200 staff in the group with multi nationality. The particular person posted the complaint due to the reason we hired him as a regional manager for Angola in Bike operation. But he is a total failure, with out any benefits, we paid for him 6 months . Finally we found him he is not honesty, also he was under probation period. so we terminated him. I appreciate if you please remove this complaint as soon as possible.

Dear All,

I have worked Juba Grand Hotel, Juba, South Sudan belong to Dahlak Group, which is owned by mr. Yamane. I have been warm welcome in Dubai and during I have worked in Juba Grand Hotel, I have receive my salary always on time, although hotel was not making Money.

This True this company not has any professionalism,

This is family firm company Sr. Management are close friends and relatives

Really those having good job and good organization please don’t leave that job . At the time of joining big commitment and promise make but when you Angola delivered nothing
After joining this company people regrades. this kind so many case i found during my tenure

And those people give you positive reply in this forum all are false and lie

The company is having more than 2000+ employees right now, the company does not make a website because of some competitive reasons otherwise it is a billion dollar company. There is no such policy like hire and fire, if anyone will not perform even for 6 months then he will be removed. the company is providing us well furnished accommodation and other benefits, plus salary on time.

I am currently associated with same company and happily working here.

Yes this is true, I am working in this group since 5yrs..till now I never faced any issues & thy have very good policy too...
