[Resolved]  Mitra Grah Nirman Sahkari Samiti Ltd, Jaipur — For Acquisition of Land(Plot)

We had purchased a land (Plot- 2,3,4 measuring 322 Sq. yards) in society,s Housing Scheme no. Jai Bawani Vihar from mitra grah nirman sahakari samiti ltd, at Sikar road, Surya Vaika, Jaipur.

Samiti Registration no.- L. 603 (Registration under the Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Act. 1956)


But Land Owner creating problem for us for making use of that land and say that the society had not paid full payment to land owner.


Please guide & help me what to do for that.
