[Resolved]  Pharmapack — Pharmaceutical Machinery Thug and Fraud Supplier

Dear Sir,

MR VIVEKANAND BHANDARKAR of pharmanpack is a fraud.He claims himself to be pharmaceutical machinery supplier who calls people who need machines claiming he has the manchine, takes money and never delivers the machine.
We deposited the money to his accounts and are being harassed by him now. Today, 16th Jan, he told us to do whatever we can and that he will not return our machine or money.

He took money from us to deliver "semi automatic gumming machine" for 35000 Rs on 21 November and despite so many reminders and phone calls , neither returned money nor delivered the machine.
We want other people who want to procure pharmaceutical machinery to not to trust this person as he is fraud and will only take your money.

Today 16th Jan, 2013 , he responded to our call and said that he will neither give us the machine nor return the money.We are in process of taking legal action against him now.

Please help us in getting our money returned back.
