I have booked cylinder on 3rd Oct 2012 and my order no is 408 but till date cylinder is not delivered. I tried to call them and every time they keep telling that you will get cylinder in 2 days. I have to call them continuously like I do not have any other work. Sometimes they are asking to come and collect the cylinder. We are facing lots of problem due to this.
There should be some permanent resolution for this as lots of customers of RATAN ENTERPRISES facing the same problem. I do not understand why we have to always struggle to get such basic services. Was this information helpful? |
