We purchased a White Board Marker from Sri Ram Stores, A1, P.M.P Complex, LIC Colony, Trichy 21, Mob no: [protected] for Rs 25 dated 26.09.2013 bill no 560. The marker was not used and the seal was not broken at all but the shop refused to take the return. We asked for a exchange of different product but still the shop refused. Requesting the concerned authorities to take proper action against the shop.
