[Resolved] Symtronics Solutions — Data Processing

Dear All,
The company (Symtronics Solutions) against which I am raising a complaint is a company that works on Data Processing.
So, I had taken a workload of 600 pages which was to be completed within 30 days.
For this I paid Rs. 8500.
The plan was that, if we finish this load with 90% accuracy we shall get an amount of Rs. 75000.
Same way, If we finish it with 80% accuracy we shall get an amount of Rs. 45000 and so on.
I found some people who were good in typing and I agreed to pay them Rs. 25 per page.
We finished the typing on time and submitted it to them.

Initially it was been told that the quality would be on the whole lot, i. e 20% error is accepted to achieve an accuracy of 80%. But when the quality report came they had sent the QC report that was totally different from our expectations.
They told that the quality is calculated considering the whole lot of 600 pages, and the whole lot was sent for rework with a due date of 7 days.
And we got cheated up by them.
Now, I am unable to pay even a single rupee to the people who worked for me.
So, kindly request you to help me.

Mr. Deepest,

I am the owner of the company, I just went through your complain. Now there are 3 points which I need to point out in your complain

1. You had sign CAF form ( customer application form ) . Terms and condition it is clearly written about the accuracy
2. We had done your call verification on the next day of workload issue.
3. The agreement which you have also has the same thing mentioned.

After so many written proof how can you say you hv been cheated. Again I am point out one thing if you are capable of achieving accuracy then company will pay money as it has done in past 3 years. Mr deepest, we are at the same location mentioned in the agreement since last 8 years. And trust me cheaters cannot stay at the same location so long.

Can you clarify on the agreement.
Sorry for the delay...
I wan't hoping any response from your side.

I just need answer for two questions :
-> Where is it specified in the agreement that, the accuracy will be calculated according to whole lot and not individual page???????
-> As per your Nasik office staffs, they have the recording of the whole conversation between me and them. So, just check whether they have cleared our doubts on the error checking.

Hi,

There are many companies in INDIA who is earning lacks and lacks of Rupees by providing FAKE BPO PROJECTS.

SYMTRONICS -- SYMETRIX SERVICES are one of those fraud companies. Both are same companies running by same guy.

This guy will tell i need 50, 000Rs or 10, 000Rs or even 5, 000Rs for giving us projects. We will think that we can earn money after completing projects. He will tell by investing 50, 000Rs you can earn 3lacks in one month.

After paying 50, 000Rs we will get the FAKE PROJECT. This SAME FAKE PROJECT will be given to other guy who pays 50, 000rs. Now two guys paying 1lack total and getting the SAME FAKE PROJECT.

After completing they will send the error report.

After seeing the error report we will come to know that this company is a fraud company.

In the image there will be number 1 or letter L in this shape I -- we will think it is L but they will tell it is 1 - SO ONE ERROR
In the image there will be number 0 or letter O in this shape o -- we will think it is letter O but they will tell it is Number zero 0 - SO SECOND ERROR

so total if we make 10 errors we wont get any payment. But company will earn 50, 000rs easily.

There are many tricks like theses.

They have forum filling projects, html tagging and many other fake projects.

All companies who is providing HTML TAGGING | FORUM FILLING | GIF TO TEXT | DATA ENTRY | PDF CONVERSION

All these are fake projects and All companies are fake and fraud 100%.

Please guys i request you all don't invest money in these fraud companies and dont waste your money.
