I purchased a otto slim fit shirt, but after the 1st wash the shirt shrinked and i'm not able to wear. Uses only once. Whom should i contact. Spending our hard earned money and this result we are getting. My friends told me that otto shirts will start to shrink after 1st wash, but i avoided their advise and bought this shirt for rs.1300/-

I have purchased otto slim shirt but after the first wash it losted the entire colour and it damaged my other white dressed washed together..I hate this brand..and regret for suggesting and gifting this brand to my friends..1300 rs got worthless !!!
I have purached it from Nirakkuttu textiles Cherthala, alapuzha.

Please Stop cheating your customers

I have purchased one pant and three shirts in Clark gable for rs 3681/- on 25.6.20 1.50pm.. (Otto) in dharmapuri, Tamilnadu.. But salesman Thangadurai billed for my pant Rs. 1395/-, But it was labled as Rs. 1295. When I enquired him, he didn't answer well. His behavior and his words was very bad and worst...He was spoken irrespectively.. we r very disappointed..He speak rudely and said give complaint to any where..100rs is not a matter..But he hurted customer..
