I am writing to lodge a complaint against Outfitters99, an online clothing merchandiser, for fraudulent practices. I made a purchase from their website (https://outfitters99.store/policies/refund-policy) on 13th July 2024 and have not received the product which I ordered, they sent wrong and used items.

Despite multiple attempts to contact them via emails for exchange or refund, I have not received any response.
