Warranty: Zero! The worst after-sales experience.
After-sales:
Their warranty is a plain lie. I'll bet my life if they pick the phone after making the sale. They wont! Couldn't care less. The hang up on you. They stall ya on whatsapp.
Warranty-Partner:
I talked to gadgetProtect (their warranty partner) and they told me they only service Iphones. What about android?! Nil.
Product:
I bought a Galaxy s20 in June. Worked perfectly, like brand new for 4 days. Out of the blue, It died! No drops, no water damage. It wasn't my fault, nor Ovantica's. But, It is in Ovantica's good faith to replace my phone within one week as per their 7 day replacement policy, and consider it the cost of doing business. But na, they took my money and practically ghosted me.
Situation:
Aathithi is apparently in charge of aftersales / customer support and needs to be fired for how ignorant she is! She does the bare minium. I'm gonna warn my friends also to never consider Ovantica.com. I know 99% of products are good, I vouch for the quality. But what about the 1%? Which I got? Aren't you responsible for aftersales ? Customer satisfaction? Recurring customers make the business. Ovantica.com is a sinking ship. Be so kind as to reach out to fix your negligence. I'll be glad to review it again for more stars for how happy I was with the product the first few days before It died.

Update after 2 weeks: I sent the phone to a repairman and he suspects a duplicate motherboard in the first place! I'm not gonna stay put! You have some guts to switch parts and sell such products. Greed has no limits huh.
