I have ordered birthday cake online today which is there in stock in online and asked them to deliver by 6 before making a payment i called the customer care and explained my order and asked them for delivery after their confirmation i have made the payment for the same. After making payment and i get a confirmation that it will be delivered by 6, from oven fresh they called and informed me that your order will not be processed and your payment will be refunded to your account in 7 working day, is this the way they are dealing with the customers what the yell they are doing why should they confirmed me if they are not delivering after getting my payment.
