Oversized Culture — Consumer Complaint Regarding Non-Delivery of Prepaid Order and Failure to Provide Refund

I placed a prepaid order with Oversized Culture on 1 August 2026. The order was shipped through Delhivery, but according to Delhivery’s official tracking information, the order was cancelled by the seller was never delivered to me.

However, the seller is claiming that the order was delivered, which is factually incorrect. I have proof of the payment, order details, and Delhivery tracking status showing that the shipment was returned.

I contacted the seller by email requesting clarification and resolution of this discrepancy, but the seller has not responded.

I have neither received the product nor received a refund despite having paid for the order in advance.

I request that the seller be directed to refund the full amount paid by me and provide an explanation for incorrectly marking the order as delivered.
