Subject: Complaint Against Oversized Culture – Non-Dispatch of Prepaid Order

I wish to lodge a complaint against Oversized Culture for deficiency in service.

I placed a prepaid order on 16 July. Despite repeated follow-ups, the order has not been dispatched and still shows "Preparing for shipment." The seller has neither provided a valid update nor responded satisfactorily.

I request that the seller be directed to immediately dispatch my complete order at the agreed price or that appropriate action be taken under the Consumer Protection Act.

Attached are the order confirmation, payment proof, order status screenshot, and copies of my communications with the seller.
