Oxford Publication — I am complaining about the work from project given by the Oxford publication and felt cheated and I want my registration fees back

Hi. Eight days back I enrolled in Oxford Publication Handwriting Jobs to start up writing for money. Once i called the representative and impressed. After paying the registration fees of 850, i couldn't reach her back in messages with Courier/ Tracking numbers. Exactly after 2 days received a Courier. And to my Shock, that was not what as promised( They put their own conditions which were difficult to accept, which they sent on writing after payment-Cheater). 30 pages of 70 lines each. Single page comes to 8 pages - 4 A4 Sheets - front and Back. So 30*8 - 240 pages - 120 sheets in a time frame of 5 days, to courier back on 6th day seems impossible, that too with their cheap materials. After receiving courier, they are not attending the calls and No Help; (Fraud) On the Whole i feel cheated and need back the maximum of my Registration Fees atleast. Kindly help.
