I have paid the registration fee as a security amount of Rs.750. They have told it will be of 15 pages to complete it on A4 sheet in 6 days otherwise the project is rejected.It was of 30 pages and those pages were very small in size.One page contain more than 50 lines. But the paper which they have shown me is of 10 - 12 lines maximum. I worked hard and completed in the particular period of time and courier it.At first, the executive who has sent me the project through courier, didn't response me at all and I have phoned to the enquiry number, everyday I am supposed to call them more than 5 to 6 times and each time the different staff receive the call and they tell me "to wait" for sometime after that when I make a call again. this was repeated for 6 days. Few staff told me they will check and tell me whether they have received the courier or not. I have waited for 7 days and finally on the 8th day I have complaint to the executive on that enquiry number that the guide which has sent me the Project is not responding me and whenever I phone to this number they tell me to wait and how long do I need to wait for this and finally she has told that I will ask the executive and inform you at that instant the particular executive responded me through the WhatsApp and told me that we have received the courier and after that by after noon certainly they have responded to me
"Dear candidate, this is Riya ( Editorial Assistant) from Oxford publication, i regret to inform you that you've done so many mistakes mistakes in last pages, that's why your project has been rejected . Thanks for working with us".
Just. We can think, they have given 15 pages and I have wrote 170 pages and those pages were verified by them in just half a day and replied this to me.
To the best of my knowledge, I didn't do that much of mistakes as I have checked it twice and one more thing is they are not supposed to elaborate what the mistakes have done by me.This company is totally fake.My registration fee and the A4 sheets the pen and courier charge were went on hell literally main thing is my hardwork went on wounds.My little finger scratched and I did bandaid and completed the project.in short, waste of money and hardwork.I request to pay for my hardwork and they can reduce the money for my mistake.it was a bad time and iam in a need of money to pay my college fee due to financial problem I took this project so that i can earn something.But, the output was fake.
