Oxfour Technology — Asking for unnecessary fees

I applied for data entry job in Oxfour technology. They said me there would be no fees to be paid by us . They said me to fill a form and upload my sign and photo In that form after I did that lockdown started. The contact number on which I was contacting was switched off from that date and there was also no reply on whatsapp. Then after some weeks a lawyer called me and said to pay me fees or else they will file a case against me
