Sir,

I have registered for data entry job in oxfourtechnology.com and they stated no registration fee to be paid initially and will be deducted in my first salary. They further asked me forward my adhar and signature subsequently they sent a password and username to my mail id. They said there will be 700 forms to be filled in the given format within 07 days of time and I have completed the task within the schedule. When I made a query they said quality check in progress which will take 07 days of time thereafter payment will be transferred. When I contacted again after 7th day they said they are still checking. On 20.06.2020 I received a mail that they have filed a complaint against me for not filling the forms properly and made a great loss to US company therefore the US company filed a case against me. and further I need to contact their Advocate. On contacting advocate he threaten me with legal terms which I am completely unaware of it. They collected me Rs. 59, 550.00 for court charges, docket charges and stamping charges etc., to settle the case. Being a security supervisor said amount is equal to my 03 months salary and to avoid court related problems I have paid them borrowing from friends/relatives.

After paying the amount when I contacted Mr Rahul of Oxfore Technologies he said Rs 33, 000 will be paid towards word done but now he’s nether picking the calls nor responding to text messages. When I asked the advocate for paid receipts and NOC documents he said they will come by post and most of the time his mobile goes switch off. Due to lockdown I didn’t even receive my salary for the last couple of months and facing financial problems on top of severe mental tension created by Oxfour Technologies.
