[Resolved] Oyo 6295 — hotel refused to check in even I pre booked from oyo

I had book oyo 6295 hotel in puri from oyo, i paid the money as well through oyo. But when we went to the hotel, the hotel manager started asking 2000 rs more/room. I had booked 4 rooms. When i refused to pay extra money hotel manager didn't allow to check-ins. We were 8 people including with relatives who were a senior citizen. They sat outside of the hotel for more than 2 hours. It was very frustrating to see my parents sit outside.
I want a strong case against this hotel to blacklist so that other tourist should get suffer like this.

My Booking id was for this hotel - NWSK6817
i didn't get any help from OYO as well, I called many times but OYO also playing the game with the customer, OYO customer care holds the customer for more than 1 hour and this happened more than 15 times. worst customer service from OYO. if consumer forum helps me I want a strong decision again OYO as well.
OYO team, if you get any solution then only u contact me otherwise I want to sue your company.
