I booked a hotel from 17th July 2022 to 23rd July 2022, they cancelled the booking then allotted me somewhere else. When I went to check in Hotel denied check in saying OYO don't pay them complementary fees.
I raised complaint on oyo customer support and they told that they are refunding whole amount but even after 20 days they haven't provided refund and I am not able to connect with customer support now Was this information helpful? |
