[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms Booking Department-ekta — For the wrong approval

Dear Concern i have made a booking for 10 th of january and agreed over phone that the local IDS are acceptable and i had requested fro the early breakfast, istead of giving breakfast to they offer me the discount after discout its become the 1275 Rs. but after having the word with hotel manager of Dwarka Sec 7 Oyo premium Manager he directly denied the both things. I have called 10th times to confirm the same with the booking department but no one able to solve my query. i am also a Hotelier and this thing is happens with me after annoucing the same thing but again the unprofessional behaviour is shown every time. i would like to request the senior team members please look into this matter thios isthe first time the rude thing is happened with me otherwise OYO experience was ok with me i have used thrice the OYo rooms . i want to be a part of the OYO for future as a Guest. And the last was was about 22 minutes which is totally imbressing a shamefull movement for make a booking . Regards Praveen Khowal [protected]
