Oyy Fashion — payment done but product not received

Oyy fashion is an online shopping site that advertises in most of the popular social networking sites like fb, instagram, etc. I have purchased a product from that site, paid the amount through their payment gateway and after that, i have received the confirmation mail from their end stating that the product will be delivered within 15 days but it is going to be a month i haven't receive any update from their end.
This is clearly a fake site and it is making us fool. Strict action should be taken against this company.
