I get one email in 5th may from oyy

But still not delivered
But in there add only 7 to 14 day need
And I already payy for this order

I had ordered the shoes from oyy fashion andade the payment after i got the message that i being shipped with moonexpress.co, now it been one month till now i didn't got delivered and now the shipment shows that i didn't receive the call, that's totally fake i didn't got and call or any missed call
