Ozonetel communications pvt. Ltd. From day 1 everything committed by them was fake promises all together. Once we decided to discontinue they tracked us with their annual contract clause which was not communicated or discussed but it was mentioned in one single line in 1 bunch of docs that we signed. And if we want to discontinue that contract we have to pay in advance and all.
1] they talk to you in higher tone if you ask justification of any of the clauses.
2] if you register complain with them regarding their product, they do not take responsibility, they just blame service providers like vodafone, tata, airtel and all from where they take this service.
3] most of the time their services are down, and because of this you can not flash their numbers in any of the advertisements.
4] their software/ website/ app which is suppose to provide recordings: doesn't work the way it is presented by them.
5] they are very rude and their management is not aware about what there ground staff is doing and they don't even bother.
You do not have any rights of making yearly contracts for service which you are not capable to provide.
