Dear Sir/Madam,

I previously borrowed through the CashBean application operated by P.C. Financial Services Private Limited. The application is no longer available, and I have been unable to contact the company through its former channels.

My CIBIL report continues to show an overdue amount for this loan. I want to resolve the outstanding account responsibly, but I need to verify the current outstanding balance, the entity legally authorised to collect the loan, and the official repayment procedure.

Please advise how I can obtain the account statement and resolve this matter. I also request guidance on the applicable credit-information reporting process following cancellation of the company's NBFC registration, including RBI circular RBI/2024-25/81 dated 10 October 2024.

I am willing to cooperate in verifying and resolving the account. Please provide a written response and reference number for this request.
