I ordered 2 iphone covers vide your order number [protected] on 28th dec 2019. I did receive your products on 02nd jan 2020.
I did not like the cover as it is not up to my satisfaction.
I therefore would like to return the same.
I did request you to take the product back and refund the same on same day viz 02/01/2020.
I got reply stating that you have assigned suport number 88340839.
Thereafter no response. I called you on telephone and no response and calls getting disconnected after holding for 3-4 minutes.
Plse take urgent action to take the items back and refund the amount.
