Paalana Institute Of Medical Sciences — Staff misbehaving

I undergone a c section delivery and shifted to gynecology ward...And I was admitted for 4days Thereafter a staff nurse named Neethu badly behavioured to my mother regarding the visiters in my room as that was from my husband's family side and came for visiting.I cleared the clarification with the staffnurse.But thereafter as my newborn was sick on the next day..she cruely made my mother down by words and talked in an insulted way and misbehaved..she should not have the diginity to work as a nurse because she does not know to communicate patient and patient party..As I am a nurse and had 3years of experience i never done this way..very bad experience from her side and pity on her misbehaving..
