Paalosa — I didn't recieved my product till now, and no update from paalosa.com

I've ordered airpods from paalosa.com on 8th Feb, 2019. But, didn't recieved any update from their end. I've also seen many were complaining on paalosa regarding the same issue after waiting for more than 2 months, but the product is not delivered yet.
Now I request consumer complaints forum to contact paalosa and please cancel my order and make them refund my amount

I received a confirmation mail and message but after that no reply from their said
My several mails were unanswered
No updates from their side as well
I request for a refund or my order to be delivered asap

I ordered a Bluetooth headset on january 3/2019.I didn't get my product or the money till today(27/03/2019).And I am tired of waiting, it is more than 3months still not get my product.

I have ordered airpods from paalosa on 11th march but till date i have not received my product . Please refund my amount & take some serious action against them.
