I am Hemant Kumar Mulchandani here by addressing the issue regarding my scooter Suzuki access 125 which I purchased on December 31 2020. The Scooter is not starting and as per the engineers at the service center PACHOLI SUZUKI (Pacholi Automotive Pvt. Ltd) this is due to the update which was done during the regular service done on 13july2024.
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Pacholi Automotive Pvt. Ltd., a motorcycle/scooter dealer, regarding the inadequate service and subsequent lack of support I have experienced.
On July 13, 2024, I took my Suzuki Access 125 to their service center for routine maintenance. Unfortunately, after the service, my scooter developed an issue where it would not start. Despite multiple attempts to contact the service center for assistance, they have not provided any help or resolution to this problem.
This situation has caused me considerable inconvenience and stress, as my scooter was functioning properly before the service. I had purchased this scooter for my daily commute. Everyday I call service center PANCHOLI SUZUKI (Pacholi Automotive Pvt. Ltd) to know the status, they simply say tomorrow you will get your scooter picked up for service and that tomorrow never came. It is mentally and physically harassing me as I had to go to my office in public transport. I had put all my hard earned money to purchase this scooter and all that went to waste.
I believe it is the responsibility of the service center to address the issue they have caused and to provide the necessary repairs at no additional cost.
I kindly request your intervention in this matter to ensure that Pacholi Automotive Pvt. Ltd. addresses my complaint and resolves the issue promptly.
