Pacifica — Booking refund pending for several months.

I booked a villa (No.:314) in pacifica aurum project in padur, chennai on 24th jan 2016 by paying booking amount. The next day i found out that the villa was sold before and 314 was not available. Then they tried selling other villas, but i was not interested. They were not refunding the booking amount and when i followed up they said i need send an email. I did so. Then after several follow ups over phone and email, they said i need to give them a written letter for refund. I did that too! Again followed up with emails and phone calls, but have not received the refund as of this date.
