Thanks to the whole SunPlus family for guiding us in taking the right decision. Inspite of so many humiliations in the company we stayed back for 2 months. These 2 months more than a training period you did not even miss a chance to make us work for your profit. Inspite of our hardwork there is neither appreciation nor remunerations, is this in your company ethics? Being recruited as project trainee we did all possible work right from office boy to HR. Every week you make fake promises saying that the payment will be made by this weekend, but unfortunately the weekend never came. Being recruited as project trainee you made us work us like your full time employees. We worked more than your full time employees by being at office till late night. Our parents have made huge investments for our education and out stay at Bangalore for 2 months. We have spent the most sleepless nights and food-less days. We came back with our own will and wish. Our parents do not want us to stay there even for a day and hence they called us back. We were informed that there will be induction program for one month but unfortunately the induction program lasted for a week with 2 days of office shut down due to a fake reason that server is down (WE KNOW THE IN AND OUT OF THE SCENE THAT HAPPENED IN OUR ABSENCE). You may think that you give us free lunch and ice-creams and doing a good thing for us, yeah we thank you for that but, what are we working for? Are we doing a “CHARITY”? Like you said you are not doing any “CHARITY”. Whenever any employee asks for salary you target and threaten them in every possible way. We also know that you hold employee’s experience certificate and refuse to give them when they ask for it, and threaten them saying that you have contacts. We know how difficult it is to find job these days but we decided to walk off just to secure ourselves. Our parents prefer staying back at home jobless than serving in your company. Where there is no security, where any person who is not related to company forcefully dodges into the company. Goondas come into the company asking for money and other assets, threaten employees. They even beat up the employees and make unpleasant environment in the company. We blame ourselves, our college and also our professor XYZ for getting your company and forcing us to join to your company. Inspite of seeing feedback from internet and also getting feedback from seniors. Above words are from Desperate students(Employees) which mr paddy recruited for his company, really these are totally not acceptable, Mr Paddy you are cheating many people and cheated so many people before, dont think that you may cheat all the time, there is a limit, i have all the documents you cant escape you may say big big names, let me see how that big persons will save you??? we will fight till the end will go infront of media if we wont get justice, you have spoiled so many students life by not giving experience letters and lets see what your big people will do??
