Padmasree Gas Agency — no appropriate response from agency

We shifted house recently in the same city and agency but a different area. When we went to the agency, it was shut down and a person has to be approached fr any queries. He asked for lot of documents and gazetted officer sign on it though it was not the protocol and even assured he would get it done with some exchange of money. When we asked the rules, he denied to deliver the gas inspite of it being booked 1month back. They are so arrogant including delivery boys seinivas. Kindly take an action to regularise them.
