Dear sir,
I ordered a t-shirt from the online store, pagalpuntee.com and requested them to exchange it for a larger size. They asked me to courier the t-shirt to an address with a note asking to exchange and i followed the steps. It has been over a month and i still haven’t received the exchanged t-shirt. Their customer care hasn’t been answering my phone and they have been reading but not replying to my whatsapp.
