Pailan Park Develpment Authority Ltd. and Pailan Gems & Jewelry Ltd are the group of Pailan(Chairman is Mr. Apurba Saha, known as very powerful both locally and politically as well), based at Calcutta, launched various Financial Schemes by offering handsome return of money fro R.D., F.D., M.I.S.etc.
In North it was promoted first in Delhi by Mr. Sunil Saxena as a Regional Head of the Company and in Lucknow by Mr. Asheesh Nigam, a friend of Mr. Sunil Saxena.
Company opened its first office at Nangloi Delhi and thereafter so many offices were opened in Delhi, Haryana and Rajasthan in 2013. And suddenly without informing any of its investors company shut down its all offices after collecting huge amount of money of innocent public. Company had its account in Axis Bank Nangloi branch. Now the investors roaming here and there for their money. Neither Mr. Sunil Saxena nor Mr. Asheesh Nigam responding to any clients request even not attending the calls. This is a totally case of 420 and cheating. As Sebi has debarred the company for collecting any money from the public. A stern action, against all cheaters including Company Chairman Mr. Apurba Saha, should be initiated to enable invetors to get their money back.
